We need to replant Black Caps every 3-4 years since they are so prone to disease and root rot. This is why they are priced higher than our other berries.
Black Caps are also known as a “black raspberry.” They are very seedy and high in antioxidants. You can learn more here.
Black Caps usually start around June 25, give or take a few days. Their season lasts two weeks.
